Mr. Dhananjay Date currently sits on the Board of Kotak Insurance. He was the Managing Director of Swiss Re, one of the largest Re-insurance companies in the world. He joined Swiss Re in 1996 in Zurich and then went on to do a stint in Swiss Re’s London office in 2002. He came to India in 2003 and became MD of India operations. He started his insurance career in New India Assurance Co. in 1982 and worked within and outside India during his 14 years stint at the company. Mr. Date is a graduate from St Stephens College, Delhi and a Chartered Insurer.
Mr. Sequeira has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and has expertise in the field of HR strategy and leadership development. He was instrumental in creating a talent management process and succession planning architecture at Mahindra. Prior to joining Mahindra, he was Head of HR at Castrol India. Allen has also worked with Tata Sons and ACC serving various HR roles from operations to strategy. He is credited with establishing a Group Center for Learning & Development at Mahindra Group.
